Processing Your Order

Every order is handled with care right here in London, Ontario. We typically get everything packed and ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Please keep in mind that we don’t ship out on weekends or holidays. If we ever run into a massive surge of orders, processing might take an extra day or two. If there is a real delay with your specific package, we will send you an email to let you know exactly what is going on.

Delivery Times

Shipping speeds depend on where you live. While we can’t control the post office, these are the usual timeframes we see:

• Canada & USA: 5 to 10 business days.
• International: 7 to 15 business days.

Sometimes things like bad weather or customs checks can slow things down. We ask for your patience during those times, but we are always here to help you track things down if a package seems stuck.

Your shipping total is calculated automatically at checkout. This is based on where you live and how much your items weigh. We occasionally offer free shipping deals, so keep an eye out for those while you browse.

Tracking Your Package

Nobody likes wondering where their money is. As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey from our office to your front door.

A Quick Reminder on Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before you hit the "buy" button. We want your items to reach you safely, and we cannot be responsible for packages that end up at the wrong house because of a typo at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking hasn't moved in a while or you’re worried your package is lost, please reach out to us. We will get in touch with the carrier and do everything we can to find your order or find a solution.
