The prices you see do not include taxes, shipping, or customs duties unless we explicitly say so. You will always pay the price that was live the exact moment you placed the order. You agree to keep your account details updated, including your email and card expiration dates, so we can process your transactions smoothly. By purchasing, you guarantee that your payment details are true and that you have full authorization to use the card.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates, not promises. Zenvia is not liable for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs delays, or events outside our control. Once your package goes to the carrier, ownership and the risk of loss belong to you. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.
